Co-Founder
Will Mapes has spent the majority of his career designing and implementing technology solutions for automobile dealerships, Dealership Service Providers and OEMs. With a passion for software, and born into an automotive family, Mapes brings a unique perspective to automotive software.
Patrick Southward
Co-Founder
Patrick Southward's career began in his family dealership in his early childhood. Always one to pursue a challenge, Patrick climbed the ranks of his family store in Michigan but pursued even greater challenges across the United States in Southern California with the David Wilson Automotive Group. Patrick's years of dealership experience lend Singlethread a real-world perspective that few can match.

Singlethread works with dealerships, Dealership Service Providers, and OEMs. Singlethread explores all opportunities with due diligence and an eye towards long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. The Singlethread platform is extensible and can be implemented in many ways, including Single-Sign-On, via API, and White-Label. Singlethread partners have been able to successfully implement text messaging in a matter of weeks.
